Frequently asked questions
- What do we cover in the session?
- You come with your questions, your latest trades, or a specific topic (risk management, structure reading, psychology, building a checklist). The coach adapts the session to your level.
- How do I book my slot?
- After payment, your dashboard shows your credited hour. You then pick an open slot in the coach's availability.
- Is it refundable?
- The credit can be used for 90 days for a single session or the Kickoff plan, and for 6 months with Trajectory and Autonomy. Past that window with no booking, it expires. Before using it, contact support for a refund.
- Which accompaniment plan should I pick?
- Kickoff (2 sessions) if you want an action plan and an early check. Trajectory (4 sessions) if you are going through a whole series and want to be corrected along the way. Autonomy (8 sessions over 6 months) if your goal is to go live and operational, with a review of your real trades all the way through. All three are open at any level.
